Guaranty Policy:
Bank deposity is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 1:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations apply, date changes are only allowed as long as it is 10 days prior with a penalty fee of $20.00 USD, if date change is made within 10 days prior, unless the cabin is rented by somebody else for such dates, the change of dates may apply covering the penalty fee. If the reservation is not re scheduled the deposit will not be applied for later dates.
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Kids Policy:
4 year old children and under are considered minors; 5 year old children and older are considered adults.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
Other Policies:
Upon check-in, we will proceed handing you out a listing of services and equipment for each cabin, so you can check their status. We highly require that equipment be used properly for specific functions. If any of the appliances or equipment is damaged please notify to us immediately.
Music with moderated volume from 18:00 to 20:30 hrs. After that time no music player will be permitted. People, who step outside after that time, must avoid loud sounds and due to the family environment, must avoid using improper language.
The occupants will not be allowed doing disturbing, dangerous, harming or illegal activities; prohibited the use of weapons; non smoking within cabins, only on bonfire areas.
Upon check-out silverware and cookware must remain the way they were at check in, if dishes are not washed, a $5.00 USD fee will be charged, likewise if sheets or towels are damaged, they will be charged to client.
Garbage dumping of any kind it is prohibited in exteriors and near areas. Throw garbage in cans and help preserving our facilities to keep offering you the best service.
